Top 10 Keyword and Niche Research Tools

Finding proper keywords and niches is the first and I think the most important step for website building, internet marketing and for SEO as well. Since it is so important many developers realize the needs for keyword finder tools that make the process of keyword and niche research faster and more accurate. There are many online services as well as desktop software that can help us with this process.

Here I have collected the top 9 keyword research tools that proved to be the most effective for me to find keywords and I use them every day.

1. Google Keyword Research Tool

I think, this is the most well-known tool and it is free. During the years it has improved a lot and many great features have been added to filter the results. Personally, I use it when I want to find relevant keywords, LSI keywords and to brainstorm keyword ideas, or if I want to know fast the number of searches. In the hand of experts it is a great tool ( and maybe no other keyword finder tools are needed for them), however for beginners it may be a bit hard to use and understand the usage of it.

3. Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer

This tool is specially built to tell how competitive the keywords are, which is one of the most important factor. First, you should use the Google’s keyword tool and export the results, then add them to this analyzer. The software by checking many factors tells the level of the competition for each keywords. I like it since it uses some factors that are not used by any other keyword research tools. The only negative thing is that it is a bit slow, but I always let it working in the background.
